Guidelines to the Author 

 

Authors are invited to submit an electronic version of the paper in the format. All papers will go through a reviewing process. At least one of the authors of the accepted paper will have to register at the conference. Accepted papers will be presented in a poster/oral presentation session. All accepted papers after confirmation of registration of the author will appear in full length in the conference proceedings.

Please submit a paper in IEEE conference format describing problem addressed in the thesis, novelty of the solution, observations and analysis. Manuscripts must provide a clear understanding of the purpose of research, methodology used, major results, implications and key references. When submitting the manuscript, following aspects are to be adhered to:

 

• Paper should be in ONLY MS-2 COLUMN IEEE format.

• Text should appear in 12-point Times New Roman, single-spaced, with one-inch or 3-cm margins all                around. The body of the paper should be justified. Figures placed within the text should have the same        margins as the text, as a maximum.

• Last page of the manuscript must be dedicated to conclusion and reference.

• Permissible paper length: 05

• References should follow the reference and citation style. 

 

At the top of page one, place a center-justified heading as follows:

Author(s) Name(s) (12 point, bold)

 

Organization/Affiliation (12 point)

 

Email Address(es) (12 point)

 

For Posters: The size of the poster should be 3X4 feet.

 

Important to participants:

 

One of the author should register for the conference.

No TA/DA and accomodations will be provided to the participant.

Registration fees is non refundable.

Please bring the receipt of payement made and Identity card on the day of conference.
