Please submit a paper in IEEE conference format describing problem addressed in the thesis, novelty of the solution, observations and analysis. Manuscripts must provide a clear understanding of the purpose of research, methodology used, major results, implications and key references. When submitting the manuscript, following aspects are to be adhered to:

• Paper should be in ONLY MS-2 COLUMN IEEE format.

• Text should appear in 12-point Times New Roman, single-spaced, with one-inch or 3-cm margins all                around. The body of the paper should be justified. Figures placed within the text should have the same        margins as the text, as a maximum.

• Last page of the manuscript must be dedicated to conclusion and reference.

• Permissible paper length: 05

• References should follow the reference and citation style.

At the top of page one, place a center-justified heading as follows:

Author(s) Name(s) (12 point, bold)

Organization/Affiliation (12 point)

Email Address(es) (12 point)

For Poster Presentation:

  1. The poster size should be 3 ft high x 4 ft wide.

  2. Be sure to include the abstract title, author names, and the institution where the work was completed, in         large letters centered at the top of the poster. Place your address, phone number and email address in the     upper right-hand corner.  Your contact information is not mandatory.

  3. No computers or extra aids may be used during a poster presentation.

  4. The presentation number assigned to the poster presentation should not be placed on your poster. The          poster boards will be numbered for you.

  5. We suggest that you place a the abstract in the upper left side of the poster, and use the headings                     "Introduction", "Methods", "Results" and "Conclusions" to identify your poster layout. Include an             acknowledgment section, containing anyone who helped you conduct this project.

  6. Lay your poster sections in a logical order so that other scientists can follow your presentation. A good             method is setting up your poster in a column format so that individuals interested can read your poster, 1st    vertical, then top to bottom, and then left to right.

  7. Keep your poster presentation to ~15 minutes per visitor/judge.

  8. Use a type size that can be read easily from a considerable distance. Try using a type  between 14 – 20 pt. The title should be larger than the rest of the text. Select a legible font such as Times Roman, Times New Roman, Baskerville, or Palatino.

  9. Posters should stimulate discussion, not give a long presentation. Therefore, keep text to a minimum,               emphasize graphics, and make sure every item in your poster is necessary.

  10. Space your information proportionally: divide your poster either horizontally or vertically into three or four     sections, and place your materials within those spaces. Like a layout of a magazine.

  11. Try not to stand directly in front of your poster, allow other scientists to view the entire poster. Stand to the    side.

  12. Hand carry your poster to the meeting, using tubular packaging or a portfolio case. Do not mail your poster   to the conference headquarters or to the meeting site.

  13. Come prepared with any relevant handouts you may wish to share and business cards to hand out.

  14. When choosing a background, remember that neutral or gray colors will be easier on the eyes than a bright    colour. In addition, color photos look best when mounted on gray.

  15. Be sure to bring pushpins, thumbtacks or velcro to mount your poster. They will not be provided to you at        the conference.
